I found the Communication and Leadership Training presented by Janelle very beneficial. It was the first opportunity I had to participate in this type of training with any company I have worked for. I feel it helped me grow in learning to communicate more effectively with my co-workers in the office and field, as well as in our team meetings. I also learned that I am a more compassionate person when it comes to communication, and I have to remember to be professional and not take things too personal.
